I absolutely LOVE these tiles they will be installed as the backsplash in my new kitchen and they are perfect.
I opened every one of the 16 cartons of tile and not only were none of them broken, not a single one was even chipped. The product and the service were excellent all the way through. Plus, I received them in less than a week!

We are LOVING these tiles! Compliments from everyone who sees them cladding our bakery café front retail counter. Will try to remember to upload a picture after the grout goes on! Do note the tiles have a LOT of variability, so this will definitely affect your grout lines. Not bad because of their intrinsically rustic look, but something you'll want to plan for. Btw, order a sample or two/three/four, because for the "Verde green" tiles at least, the color quite different than pictured. Online it's almost army green - in person, it's more of a muted, muddled leaf green with blue and even charcoal undertones, and lots of lovely variability within each tile and from one tile to the next. Looks fantastic and sooo pretty!
I love how the glossy white Homey Stripes turned out in my guest shower. It’s fun and a bit different than what seems to be the (subway tile) norm. No broken pieces and arrived very promptly. Would definitely recommend to you Encore Surfaces and this tile!
